We have all had a few problems and near misses in the past. But
someone must be forgiving enough to offer a credit card. This page is

The first card I would approach if you have a poor
credit rating or have had an adverse credit past is
CapitalOne. You can get the
Capitalone Platinum card fairly easily although you aren't going to get
the best standard rate. The
Capitalone rate at the moment is 13.02% but
obviously it's variable so check it out first if you want to
here.
The second card I would suggest is
Barclaycard.
Barclaycard
is the original Visa Card in the Uk. Barclay's started the credit
card boom in the UK and probably have a lot to answer for. Anyway, if
you have never had a credit card or have had ccjs or defaults in the
past you need a
barclaycard.
There is a third bad credit credit card but for the
time being we have withdrawn support to it because of some of the posts
